Job Description: Junior Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a proactive professional with 2-4 years of experience in financial institutions or related fields to join our dynamic compliance team. As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you will collaborate with our team to influence various aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting compliance testing and monitoring of regulations such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign), and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
  • Assisting in partner or audit requests
  • Supporting in drafting consumer communications
  • Managing bankruptcy cases and collaborating with internal teams and legal counsel
  • Handling credit bureau disputes
  • Contributing to compliance policies and procedures enhancements
  • Responding to SCRA requests and consumer complaints
  • Assisting in various compliance matters
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial institutions or related fields
  • Knowledge of regulations such as ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA is advantageous
  • Bankruptcy background is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Capacity to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
