KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in water damage mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
- Preferred: IICRC Certification, though not mandatory.
- Utilization of specialized remediation and drying equipment, as well as company vehicles.
- Possession of a valid and insurable Florida Driver's License.
- Proficiency with mobile devices for operational tasks.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist others.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, as we operate 24/7.
SUPERVISORY ROLE
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and fire/mold remediation: 2-3 years.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing simple correspondence and effectively presenting information in small group settings.
MATH SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret data in various formats.
REASONING SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed instructions and address problems with concrete variables.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Medium labor required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work in various positions and environments, including awkward spaces and outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work in high places and with potentially hazardous materials (safety training and equipment provided).
- Safe operation of a company vehicle is necessary for travel to job sites.
