Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team at Upward Bound House. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our stabilization team, which provides case management and employment services to homeless families. Your goal will be to help families access essential resources and services, promoting stability and community engagement.

We have over 30 years of experience in this field and are dedicated to providing a continuum of services ranging from crisis housing to permanent housing and homelessness prevention. Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Thriving Families program
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and direct supervision to program staff
- Developing quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of service delivery
- Collaborating with other programs and partners to increase support networks for referral and linkage
- Engaging in regular weekly staff development, training, and case conferencing
- Consulting with TF staff as needed and providing guidance and supervision for crisis intervention, problem-solving techniques, and feedback

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (master's degree and license preferred)
- At least three years of management experience, including responsibility for developing program policies, long- and short-term goals, program evaluation, and budget preparation
- A minimum of five years of experience working in the social service field, preferably with housing resources for homeless families
- Proven managerial experience leading a diverse team, including mentoring, training, coaching, and communication with staff and external partners
- Strong professional experience working with community/partner agencies, including networking and building relationships and locating and developing housing contacts

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $62,500-$72,500 annually, depending on experience.
