Job Summary

Fleet Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team as an Amazon Freight Partner. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for hauling Amazon loads using state-of-the-art equipment and technology, while working a consistent weekly schedule with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Haul Amazon Loads: You will be responsible for hauling Amazon loads using state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including brand new day cabs.
  • Drive Local and Regional Routes: You will drive local and regional routes that have you home after every shift, enabling you to spend more time with family and friends.
  • Work a Consistent Schedule: You will work a minimum of 39 hours per week (3 shifts of 13 hours each) with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
  • Meet Customer Expectations: You will play a key role in keeping Amazon's commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place.

Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • CDL: Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • DOT Physical: Must successfully pass a DOT Physical.
  • English Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
  • CDL Suspension: No current CDL suspension or revocation.
  • MVR and DAC Report: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC Report.
  • Background Check: Successfully pass a background check.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Handheld Technology: Must be able to use handheld technology and smartphone applications such as GPS.
