Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods from one location to another
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours of service and weight limits
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and condition of the vehicle
  • Load and unload cargo, using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery operations
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL license in good standing
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Class A CDL driver
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
