Key Responsibilities- Install fire suppression equipment in new or retrofit projects.
- Maintain and repair existing fire sprinkler systems.
- Assess and troubleshoot impaired systems to determine the correct plan of action for repair.
- Ensure compliance with fire codes and standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervision and management.
- Work independently or as part of a team under the direction of a supervisor.
- Perform look-ahead planning for job needs, including labor and material requirements.
- Utilize technology-based systems to complete work efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of experience in fire systems and pipefitting.
- Valid driver's license, in accordance with HCAA policy.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Able to climb ladders and operate aerial lifts.
- Strong mechanical background preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
- $19.96-$23.71 per hour based on experience.
