Senior Interior Designer - Sports

We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer - Sports to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing design solutions for a variety of sports-related projects and coordinating the design through all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop interior design concepts and establish the overall design direction for sports-related projects.
  • Collaborate with other designers, architects, and engineers to ensure that interior design standards, codes, and regulations are met.
  • Assist with architectural documentation and develop 3D concepts.
  • Lead designer on small to medium-sized projects or limited scope of a larger project.
  • Plan and conduct tasks requiring independent judgment in the analysis of design, planning, programming studies, and design layouts.
  • Take initiative on tactical and strategic issues for space planning options or design direction.
  • Confer with other interior designers, architects, and engineers for the purpose of explaining and interpreting interior design standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project specifications compiling and analyzing relevant data.
  • Prepare presentations and keep others informed.
  • Assist with material and color selection.
  • Assist with furniture selection, layouts, and specifications.
  • Task lead on small to medium-sized projects or limited scope of a larger project.
  • Responsible for communication with project team, consultants, and clients on small to medium-sized projects.
  • Work independently to achieve project goals, milestones, and deliverables with oversight from senior team members.
  • Provide mentoring to less experienced team members relative to projects and career development.
  • Participate in quality implementation plans, including scheduling for QC reviews and compiling comments in project documents.
  • Support business development efforts under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Be responsive to client budgets and assist value engineering efforts with client and contractor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • RA/RID certification.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $164,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
