Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care in post-acute care settings
  • Collaborating with medical staff to create and implement care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments to residents
  • Reviewing care options and outcomes with healthcare professionals
  • Educating residents and their families on care best practices
  • Setting up and monitoring necessary medical equipment

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
