As a Senior Formulation Researcher - Adhesives and Sealants, you will be responsible for conducting research and development of adhesives and sealants from formulation to processing and industrial scale-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop adhesive and sealant formulations, produce lab-scale samples, and support pilot-scale trials and scale-up trials with our manufacturing sites.
  • Analyze experimental outcomes and present data and results in oral and written form.
  • Manage and document projects effectively under minimal supervision, including generating project timelines/plans, technical memos, research reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and provide marketing and manufacturing support.
Requirements
  • BS Degree with a minimum of 15+ years' experience, or MS with 10+ years of experience, or PhD with 6+ years plus demonstrated technical judgment/accomplishments.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in formulation design and testing of adhesives and sealants, as well as support to scale-up the manufacture of these materials.
