About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, track issues, and perform risk management and status reporting throughout the project life cycle
  • Engage in consistent communication with the project team on project status and progress
  • Analyze business processes and develop procedure specifications to improve efficiency
  • Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with the automation group to refine workflows and improve project management tools
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management

Requirements

  • Experience with Jira (preferably Jira admin) is a must
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Highly adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
