Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with the ability to handle project schedules and budgets.


Preferred Experience:

  • Extensive skills and knowledge in all areas of roadway engineering projects.
  • Strong experience in interacting with clients and public agencies.
  • Familiarity with Caltrans District 3 processes is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead engineering design teams on complex transportation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time, cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and public agencies to drive project success and client satisfaction.
