Avera is currently in search of Registered Nurses (RN) dedicated to providing exceptional nursing care in patient-centered environments.

Position Highlights:

  • Student Loan Repayment: This Registered Nurse (RN) role may qualify for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, assisting you in managing your educational debt. Avera contributes an additional payment of $167 monthly (up to $10,000) to expedite your loan repayment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional nursing care under the supervision of the healthcare provider.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is highly preferred.
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program is acceptable.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or fulfill Multi-state licensure requirements.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be necessary based on patient/job assignment. If required, licensure must be obtained within a specified timeframe following job placement.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; 48 hours over two weeks.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is outlined below. Actual pay rate will be determined based on experience.

  • $39.25 per hour
