Professional Time Management Specialist

The Billing Coordinator role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing process. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
- Tracking and receiving timesheets daily
- Ensuring contracts and supporting documentation are consistent with incoming timesheets
- Validating that timesheets have required signatures
- Monitoring travel receipts and resolving issues to ensure timely billing
- Processing timesheets and all related travel for Billing
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong MS-Excel skills
- Prior billing experience is a plus
- Demonstrable organizational skills
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Effective decision-making and follow-through
- Ability to effectively communicate processes to internal/external customers
- Able to manage time, multi-task, and set priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
