Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Senior Engineer with a focus on Science & Technology projects.
- Lead the engineering team in executing calculations, developing design concepts, and overseeing project production.
- Utilize Revit for guiding the design team effectively.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and adhere to established engineering standards.
- Develop conceptual designs and conduct research on equipment selections and utility designs for air and water systems.
- Possess knowledge and experience in calculations, equipment selection, ductwork distribution, water system designs, boiler plants, and chilled water systems.
- Conduct field visits and engage with clients and vendors as required.
- Coordinate specific design elements within multi-disciplinary projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, including mechanical and electrical teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineering licenses are mandatory.
- A strong commitment to sustainability is highly valued.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Direct interaction with clients is expected; therefore, a business-oriented mindset is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make authoritative decisions.
