Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist Local Specialty to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

\Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pharmacy department, including prescription filling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
\Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited educational institute.
  • Current pharmacist license in the states within the district (or willing to obtain in 1 year) per district guidelines.
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
\Estimated Salary:

$86,528 - $166,400 per year, based on location and experience.
