About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CRM records, processing business transactions, and maintaining accurate client information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Information Management:
    • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Business Transaction Management:
    • Process business transactions and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Client Follow-Up:
    • Follow up with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their financial plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
