LaRosa's Assistant Director Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the LaRosa's team as an Assistant Director, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  1. Directly supervise 5-40 hourly staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Work closely with management to develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a senior management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
