Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with new membership sales, booking intro sessions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Studio Manager with the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and close.
  • Book and confirm intro sessions to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and checking-in clients and prospects, and maintaining a clean and tidy studio environment.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships with clients, and targeting their needs and wants.
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production, meeting monthly sales quotas, and following up with leads and missed intro classes.
  • Promote our services to current and prospective members, emphasizing the benefits of our fitness and wellness offerings.
  • Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events, to promote our studio and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to learn and use our software systems, including MindBody and/or Club Ready.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
Compensation and Perks
  • Competitive compensation based on experience, up to $18 per hour.
