We are currently looking for a **Senior Service Center Engineer** to join our regional service center team.

**Key Responsibilities:** Execute customer specifications for the refurbishment, alteration, or enhancement of equipment. Assess equipment conditions to identify components that can be reused, repaired, or need replacement. Conduct failure analyses and prepare technical documentation for clients. Outline the necessary work scope to restore equipment to optimal functionality. Perform measurements and reverse engineering on non-standard components. Provide calculations for the production of new gears or the restoration of existing ones. Design, specify, and produce detailed drawings of components. Create job travelers that detail the sequence of operations and describe the tasks required for the repair or modification of gears, components, and equipment. Assist in the technical training of workshop staff. Offer technical assistance to suppliers, clients, field service, and customer service teams. Occasional travel may be necessary.
**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or design engineering. At least 5 years of experience in design or manufacturing engineering, assembly or testing supervision, or field service engineering and equipment repair. Proficiency in mechanical power transmission and gear drives is essential. Basic understanding of fluid film and rolling element bearings, gear design, and vibration analysis is highly desirable. Skilled in SolidWorks 3D modeling. Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft 365/Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
