Position Overview

Tuknik Government Services is seeking a Lead Human Capital Strategy Consultant with an active Secret Security clearance and the capability to obtain TS/SCI Security clearance. This role is pivotal in supporting our government clients.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and execution of educational and workforce initiatives, including data collection methodologies.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analyses, and prepare comprehensive, data-driven reports.
  • Support the development and evaluation of talent management programs, preparing materials for senior-level briefings.
  • Utilize expertise to enhance assigned initiatives, focusing on education and workforce policy, workforce analytics, and strategic human capital planning.
  • Stay informed on relevant trends and best practices in data, analytics, and AI education across the government and industry.
  • Employ strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with leaders both within and outside the Department of Defense.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in public policy research, organizational talent management, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and statistical packages such as Python, R, SPSS, STATA, or Excel.
  • Demonstrated skills in research, data analysis, critical thinking, and effective communication.
  • Experience in designing and conducting data analyses and preparing concise reports for senior audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of technology policy, education and workforce policy, or labor economics.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data science methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and adaptability to evolving team needs.
  • Understanding of military and civilian occupational classifications.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in federal government or consulting roles.
  • Background in aligning strategic human capital efforts with government requirements.
  • Experience in developing metrics for strategic human capital initiatives.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, statistics, business, data science, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
Security Clearance
  • Must possess a CURRENT/ACTIVE SECRET security clearance and be eligible for TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting with a generally low to moderate noise level. The role requires standard office equipment usage and may involve sitting for extended periods.
