Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist I to join our team at the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Corcoran, CA. As a Pharmacist I, you will play a critical role in providing professional pharmaceutical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications and drugs in accordance with Department policies, federal and State laws, and regulations.
  • Review and transcribe patient charts and medications to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Ensure proper handling and record keeping of drugs, poisons, and narcotics.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Services Manager or Pharmacist II to ensure seamless delivery of pharmaceutical services.
Requirements
  • Possession of a valid certificate of registration as a licentiate in pharmacy issued by the State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
