Your Role
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high-quality, patient-focused care during your shift.
- Collaborating with management to oversee and assess nursing practices.
- Facilitating efficient admission and discharge processes.
- Managing staffing in alignment with patient care requirements.
- Participating in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.
- Implementing training and development initiatives, as well as performance evaluations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree or higher.
- Active RN license in your practicing state or a Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited provider.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
