Position Summary: The Recruiter I is responsible for sourcing and recruiting Home Healthcare Workers (HCWs) to fulfill client needs. The ideal candidate will manage an active pool of HCWs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and assess HCWs based on specific client needs.
- Build and maintain a network of potential HCWs to meet company recruitment goals.
- Select suitable HCW candidates and present them to hiring managers based on their skills and experience.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements for HCW candidate files.
- Maintain relationships with HCWs throughout their contract duration.
- Explore new recruitment avenues using various tools such as email campaigns and social media to expand candidate reach.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new HCWs by collaborating with internal departments.
- Address candidate inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and qualifications.
- Participate in job fairs, workshops, and other recruitment events as needed.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and contribute to special projects as required.
- Achieve weekly productivity targets and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare or light industrial recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment regulations, policies, and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment databases and platforms.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with clients and candidates.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and strong problem-solving abilities.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance in this role.
