As an entry-level recruiter at Wellhart, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing a portfolio of healthcare providers and working closely with our team of account executives to fill critical staffing needs. Your work will directly impact the lives of patients in need of care.

Responsibilities

  • Grow, develop, and consult with a portfolio of healthcare providers to meet their staffing needs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to earn their continued business
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure smooth assignment execution
  • Collaborate with Wellhart's sales support teams throughout the assignment process
  • Exceed sales goals and achieve significant revenue growth

This is an in-office position.

Company Description

The United States is facing a significant shortage of physicians, with projections indicating a potential shortfall of 124,000 doctors by 2034. This has led to a substantial increase in demand for healthcare staffing services.

Wellhart was founded in 2018 with a mission to address the urgent healthcare staffing problem at commercial medical facilities and local, state, and federal government agencies. Our primary focus is partnering with medical facilities to fill gaps in staffing coverage with temporary medical providers. As an employee of Wellhart, you will be tasked with providing locum tenens staffing solutions to cater to the medical needs of facilities, agencies, and agency partners nationwide.
