Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Mechanical Piping and Plumbing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project coordination, including acquiring permits, managing budgets, personnel, and contracts.
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with project documentation and quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, coworkers, contractors, and the public.
  • Provide valuable feedback to senior management and conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in estimating, project cost development, or project management within the Mechanical Piping or Plumbing field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting project documents, blueprints, and schematics, as well as a thorough understanding of local and state plumbing codes.
  • Expertise in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
