i9 Sports is dedicated to providing exceptional sports leagues for children aged 3-14, featuring activities such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Our mission is to transform the youth sports landscape by emphasizing fun, safety, convenience, and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehend and apply the i9 Sports rule books to ensure a safe, educational, and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
- Instruct and exemplify fundamental principles, including the values of sportsmanship.
- Manage game timing and scoring while ensuring age-appropriate levels of guidance and competition.
- Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Prior experience as a player, coach, or referee is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while resolving issues.
- Positive mindset with a strong capacity for building professional relationships.
- Availability to work on weekends.
