Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with patients in their homes, nursing homes, or memory care facilities. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess patients' communication and swallowing abilities, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills
  • Provide education to patients and their families on communication and swallowing techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a home health setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
