Job Title: Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team at Sanbell, a leading engineering, community planning, and design firm. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and engineering utilities, highways, public works, infrastructure, and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare plans and specifications for highway and street geometric, traffic handling, site logistics, signing and striping, pavement delineation, roadway grading, site grading and earthwork, roads, sanitary and storm drainage, storm water data reports, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with agencies, utility companies, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Prepare meeting notes and perform site visits to ensure project progress.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 1+ years of civil engineering design experience or MSCE.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with utility agency coordination, local standards, and preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
