Job Summary

This role involves managing the setup, configuration, and technical support for ECRS' retail Loyalty and Promotion services, including LoyaltyBot, Loyalty Points, and Dynamic Promotions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for ECRS' retail Loyalty and Promotion services.
  • Onboard and configure LoyaltyBot for new and existing customers.
  • Offer technical assistance to customers on LoyaltyBot, Loyalty Points, and Dynamic Promotions.
  • Escalate complex issues related to LoyaltyBot, Loyalty Points, and Dynamic Promotions.
  • Act as a paid consultant for ECRS on LoyaltyBot, Loyalty Points, and Dynamic Promotions.
  • Adhere to best practices, policies, SLAs, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the ECRS Knowledge Resources Team to create internal and external documentation.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months' experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years' experience in technical help desk procedures, customer service, and retail operations.
  • Ability to learn, use, and troubleshoot retail software and related hardware.
  • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and team player.
  • Effective communication skills, including written, telephone, and personal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage time efficiently.
  • Display a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Basic understanding of a retail environment and operations.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with ECRS' retail Loyalty and Promotion services is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in hardware, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic knowledge in at least one or more of the following: installing, operating, testing, planning & configuring relevant technologies.
