The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily flow of mail, packages, and other communications to ensure smooth operations in our office. You will play a key role in supporting our legal teams by ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- We are looking for a dedicated professional to sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments and personnel.
- You will also be responsible for processing outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are properly addressed, stamped, and sent via the correct carrier.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient mailroom environment is crucial for this role.
- You will assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document scanning.
- Please note that confidentiality is essential in handling sensitive materials.
- Additionally, you will monitor and manage office supplies, including reordering as necessary.
- Coodinating with delivery services and vendors for pickup and drop-off of legal documents and packages is also part of this role.
- You will provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with office moves or event preparation.
For this position, previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role is preferred.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
