We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Equinox in Greenwich, CT. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and esthetic services to our members.
Responsibilities:- Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting.
- Analyze client current needs and create a programmatic treatment plan.
- Ensure that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
- Remain compliant with all state regulatory boards in regard to intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
- Analyze, consult, and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
- Responsible for directing all efforts toward member satisfaction.
- Must possess a valid CT Massage Therapy license or certification.
- Must possess a valid Esthetician license.
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Must have specific training in facial and body waxing.
- Must be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledge.
- Must be available on a full-time basis (part-time opportunities may also be available).
- Evening and weekend availability is a must.
- Cross-trained in multiple services including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
