Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with our facilities management team to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Supervise and train maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Order and manage inventory of parts and materials needed for maintenance and repairs
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce our carbon footprint

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
