Watermill Express is transforming the way individuals access affordable, sustainable, and safe drinking water and ice.

We are currently seeking individuals for immediate openings in the assembly and installation of our independent water and ice refill stations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a reliable team player who possesses a positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a mission-driven organization. Basic experience in component assembly and/or electrical assembly is preferred.

These roles are situated indoors within our climate-controlled facility.

Position Details:
This is a Regular Full-Time position with a starting rate of $18 per hour, plus quarterly incentive pay.

  • Show mechanical aptitude
  • Previous experience in assembly or construction is advantageous
  • Maintain acceptable attendance to fulfill job requirements
  • Demonstrate dependability and the ability to adhere to the required schedule
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Engage in activities such as stooping, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
  • Participate in walking, standing, squatting, climbing, sitting, and kneeling tasks
