Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Stevens Point. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including monitoring employee performance and managing the management team
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the building
  • Ensure efficient guest service and administer administrative tasks according to company policy
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume environment
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills, including mentoring and development of others
  • Able to drive sales growth and increase guest counts
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for bonus incentives, paid vacation time, and unlimited career growth within our organization.
