Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the West Roxbury, MA, VA Medical Center. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service in our cafes and retail markets, working in a fast-paced environment and committed to serving our nation's Veterans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Veterans and their caregivers
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and perform basic arithmetic used in food preparation
  • Minimum of one year experience in the service industry, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted
