Job Opportunity

Amazing Intimate Essentials is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to promote sales by positively engaging with customers. The ideal candidate will apply their knowledge of trends to enhance the customer's experience and ensure a positive outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence customer buying decisions by educating customers on products, offers, and specials.
  • Maintain a selling environment focused on the customer first.
  • Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Sincere desire to work with a diverse customer base, selling novelties and apparel.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
  • Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.

Availability:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Average 15 hours per week.
