As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and provide clinical expertise to ensure the highest quality care for our patients and residents.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Monitor and report on quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Provide clinical guidance and support to staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth and excellence
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care
- Nursing management experience preferred
- BSN degree preferred
