As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to building codes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise Lead Carpenters to maintain compliance and uphold quality standards, manage daily project schedules, and coordinate the procurement of materials and tools.
  • Client Communication: Handle client communications, deliver weekly updates, and ensure thorough and professional completion of all inspections.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality and safety standards, foster positive relationships with inspectors, and conduct post-construction analyses.
  • Safety Measures: Enforce stringent on-site safety measures to uphold industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar experience.
  • 5 or more years of residential construction experience as a carpenter.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Google Suite tools and technologies.
  • Valid California State driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance, and to climb a 6-foot ladder without assistance.
  • Pass background check without incident and pass drug testing.
