Position Overview

Role Summary: As a Maintenance Technician at Redwood, your primary responsibility will be to execute routine upkeep tasks, repairs, and landscaping duties across our properties. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
  • Prepare residential units for incoming tenants in a timely manner
  • Address minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues
  • Manage repairs for kitchen appliances and other equipment
  • Be available for emergency maintenance on a scheduled basis
  • Follow safety protocols consistently
  • Assist with snow removal when required

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC Certification
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Prior experience in residential maintenance
  • Familiarity with smart devices and computer usage

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
