Role Overview

The Admissions Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for aspiring Future Professionals eager to embark on their educational and career journeys in the beauty sector. This role requires a genuine desire to positively impact individuals' lives while embracing the sales aspect of the position. The selected candidate will guide prospective students through the comprehensive recruitment and enrollment process with integrity and authenticity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This dynamic and demanding role necessitates a candidate who thrives in a bustling, high-energy environment typical of a cosmetology school. A positive and professional demeanor is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background and demonstrate the ability to manage goal-oriented tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Self-motivation to achieve and surpass enrollment targets is crucial. Key attributes include confidence, resilience, strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional persistence, and a commitment to guiding and inspiring others.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Exhibit honesty, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Conduct campus tours that cover program details, campus services, compliance points, and outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with all leads as per established protocols.
  • Keep the lead database organized and accurate.
  • Regularly meet or exceed individual production targets.
  • Engage with assigned candidates through phone, email, and other approved communication methods.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Possess a solid work history with verifiable references.
  • Collaborate effectively with the existing enrollment team to achieve enrollment objectives.
  • Uphold a commitment to ethical practices.
