Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As a Physical Therapist with Nova Medical Centers, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals and provide top-notch care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement and modify plans as necessary in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide documentation per policy and procedure.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, setting expectations for return-to-work and emphasizing education and motivation for compliance with treatment plans.
  • Partner with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Manager to ensure center operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
  • Provide input on capital equipment proposals and additional Physical Therapy support staff to ensure responsibilities are consistently met.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • CPR or BLS certification.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
