  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, and make informed decisions to drive growth and improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Management Skills: Proven management skills, including experience in managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes, including Falcon product experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French language a plus.
