What You'll Do:

  • Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including generators and related equipment, in residential and light commercial settings.
  • Assemble and install HVAC units, design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure superior service quality during customer interactions.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned or required.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
  • Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • High standards for work quality and integrity.
  • A growth mindset and desire to improve daily.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and consistency in all areas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically able to work on HVAC units, lifting up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
