About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, quality metrics, and staff performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • CURRENT LICENSE AND REGISTRATION BY THE ARKANSAS BOARD OF NURSE EXAMINERS AS A REGISTERED NURSE
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
