Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders.
  • Monitor and document student progress to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and active state licensure.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
