Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Soliant is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position. This role involves working with students in a center-based program, focusing on those with intellectual disabilities, some of whom use devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students to identify their communication needs.
  • Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement personalized plans.
  • Provide direct and indirect services as outlined in the IEP, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Document and track student progress to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado.
  • Experience working with students with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
