**Key Responsibilities:**

Install, repair, and fabricate metal materials
Perform MIG and TIG welding
Reliable transportation to and from the shop location
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
Use a variety of hand and power tools to fabricate parts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures
Inspect parts for accuracy and quality

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Minimum 2 years of welding and fabricating experience
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
Basic math skills
Mechanically inclined

In this position, candidates will be fabricating metal products for warehouse infrastructure builds including pallet racking, drive-in, and push-back rack systems, mezzanines, conveyors, and other specialized installations. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, weld materials (MIG & TIG), and use hand and power tools for fabricating and help with installs.
