Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven and seasoned Site Design Engineer Manager to enhance our team in Milwaukee, WI. This pivotal role involves overseeing and directing site design initiatives for a diverse range of clients. It presents an excellent opportunity to engage in stimulating projects while collaborating with a skilled group of professionals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of site design projects, from initial design through to project completion.
  • Deliver technical guidance to design engineers and generate essential documentation.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure that designs align with client requirements.
  • Guide and develop junior staff members through mentorship.
  • Foster robust client relationships and support business development efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD-Civil3D and other pertinent software applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering along with a PE License in Wisconsin.
