  • Assembly Operations: Perform assembly duties within quality guidelines as required to meet company and customer requirements.
  • Job Setup: Set up jobs including picking of parts, prints, schematics, work instructions, and necessary tools.
  • Pre-Assembly: Pre-assemble components for main assemblies.
  • Assembly: Assemble components per documented methods and processes.
  • Machining: Complete various machined parts as directed, including pins, inserts, and heli-coils.
  • Tool Use: Correct use of power and hand tools in preparations and assembly.
  • Inspection: Inspect completed assemblies.
  • Process Improvement: Communicate recommendations for improvement of process and procedure.
  • Documentation: Complete inspection forms and supporting documentation when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Can complete repetitive work using your hand and wrist consistently all day.
  • Work Environment: Capable of handling a fast-paced environment in addition to having a strong sense of urgency.
  • Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Attentive to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Physical Abilities: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, negotiate a flight of stairs, and move about facilities.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
