MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a leading Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, integral components in the production of electric vehicles, utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies for battery system assembly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage normal production and event parts, ensuring effective monitoring.
  • Prioritize preventing shortages of parts/containers for Hyundai's other customers.
  • Conduct analysis for initialization, verification, and daily monitoring of critical parts.
  • Coordinate load sheet releases and truck scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Expedite orders, manage extra truck requests, and perform cost analyses.
  • Oversee short and over-ship parts control and monitoring.
  • Monitor EDI and SAP orders, analyze system errors, and provide feedback.
  • Update material master lists, including usage and BOM, and report errors.
  • Manage model year changes, revision level changes, launches, and build-out processes.
  • Utilize the MNAe Purchasing portal (e-Supplier connect) for monitoring.
  • Control schedules for pilot/prototype/IAA/PER samples.
  • Optimize safety stock levels and conduct min/max analyses.
  • Manage obsolescence parts and claims effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Oversee incoming parts/containers and stock transfer management.
  • Analyze and report on pending ASN and GR error verifications.
  • Verify daily and weekly GR processes.
  • Create DMR/RMA reports and maintain packing slip history logs.
  • Manage free-of-change samples, vendor returns, and quality issue parts.
  • Follow up on OS&D processes and report logistics issues.
  • Supervise clerical tasks related to purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Collaborate with receiving clerks and supervisors for problem resolution.
  • Estimate costs for 3PR and calculate manpower needs.
  • Manage outsourced warehouse inventory as required.
  • Conduct incoming part inspections and counting as necessary.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reporting.
  • Analyze and report root causes of daily cycle counting variances.
  • Conduct regular and irregular physical inventory analyses.
  • Verify PDA cycle counting processes.
  • Label inventory stocks for delivery as needed.
  • Monitor FIFO inventory and high rack accuracy.

KPI and Reporting

  • Report on inventory turnover days and amounts weekly/monthly.
  • Analyze daily cycle counting and physical inventory results, identifying root causes.
  • Monitor ASN, GR, backlog, hot parts, and parts transfers daily.
  • Verify daily or weekly GR processes for payment purposes.
  • Create and issue DMR and RMA logs regularly.
  • Review frequency of extra/expedite/cancel loads monthly.
  • Optimize truckload capacities and utilization per shipment.
  • Comply with customer and departmental documentation requirements.
  • Perform special assignments as delegated by management.

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in MS Office is required; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
